We used to always go here on our trips. But this experience was very bad. My jumbo prawns I ordered so small. It was very disappointing. They were unusually busy that night. But we sat for a full hour before any food came. The table was wet, and all of my napkins were drenched, so I asked for new ones which they sat right in the same puddle of water. My husband ordered the filet medium, and it was well done and small. His side of sauteed mushrooms, were totally unacceptable. They were canned mushrooms with a sauce that was so bad. He told the waitress it was not edible. I have never heard him complain to a waitress before!

Absolutely the worse service I have ever seen. I can't really rate the food because we did not get a chance to order. Regardless of the foods taste, it would have been overshadowed by the worst service I have seen in my 60 years. I kinda wished we would have stayed so I could have reflected the experience in the tip we would have left. My wife typically leaves a tip thats larger than the total cost of the food ordered. The Lolo Steakhouse has better food, atmosphere, and service. I always chose Victory Steakhouse because I like supporting the local businesses.

Waited for 53 minutes and never even saw a waitress. They were only moderately busy so there was no reason for such a long wait. No one said a single word to us the entire time we were there. Pitiful…

Steaks were overcooked. Understaffed and everything overpriced. The problem here is the same problem everywhere. No one wants to work and the ones who do are overworked and under experienced. It is clear that with this generation of young employees. We are losing service based jobs.

Awful. Birthday meal was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Expensive overcooked meat, tiny appetizers, wish we would have taken pictures. indifferent waitstaff, and school cafeteria setting. We spent the evening after apologizing to our mom for the horrible experience. Applebees is better. Seriously. Lolo Steakhouse or the Montana Club would be worth the extra drive. Hard pass if anyone ever suggests for dinner. It’s for sale. Hoping new owners could turn it around.

We visited for a birthday. The service was not at all warm. Portions were skimpy. Meat overcooked and fatty. Scampi was laughable. Appetizers were very small. Very disappointed that our birthday celebration was a bad dining experience. We won’t be coming back. Sorry. We should have stuck with Lolo Steakhouse. We went against our better judgment and tried something different.
Upon further discussion, all 4 in our group were gravely disappointed. Hate to say this about a local business but we got horrible service and horrible fare. Just bad.
Not what it used to be unfortunately. Super slow service. Terribly small portions. Needs a bit of a revamp.

I have been to Victor Steakhouse multiple times. We sat in the bar and in dining room. The food we ordered was very good. The staff every time we've been there has been really good.

Servers are always on their game, cleaning tables, filling your drinks. Chef is amazing to watch him cook- he puts on his own show. Steak was cooked perfect, potato steaming hot and of course the desserts are just as amazing.
