Could not rate this hidden gem enough. The food stands out compared to all the other nearby restaurants. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Food is okay. Service was good. Ribs needed a knife to cut through, very tough. Salmon was okay. Elk burger was good. Side bake potato was very good with Rosemary butter. Would eat here in a pinch but would avoided due to cost.

We ate here many times…breakfast and dinner. The first time was amazing! The hash-browns were seasoned so well and were delicious. The gravy bear was delicious each time I tasted it! Pancakes were good. The sausage patties were Han-formed and so good!
Dinner: The macaroni and cheese is the BOMB! The Aloha Chicken was good but pretty small considering the price. The ribeye was really good though!
The reason it’s 4 star and not 5 is this:
The last day I ate there, I ordered the big bear with eggs over medium and white toast. When it arrived, the toast was burnt. The egg yolks were almost cooked almost all the way through. See pictures. I removed the egg whites and ate that. The hash-browns had chunks of burnt pieces in it, too. It was at the end of breakfast service but when I asked for toast that wasn’t so burnt, I received a barely toasted piece of bread that was basically the chef saying, “You want toast that’s not burnt, how about this then? Screw you, lady!”
The waitress was a doll and apologized profusely. They ended up bringing me proper toast. I know it sounds like a lot, but over our time at the KOA, we spent at least $500 in that cafe. I just expected better and was taken aback by the rude gesture from the chef.
The view is amazing! Outside when it’s cool, the heaters were welcome. When it got hot, to roof was welcomed shade. The inside is cozy. I really liked the upstairs balcony!

9.8.23- Had a fantastic breakfast here. Pretty long wait for our food after ordering, which tested our patience- but it was fairly busy and not a lot of staff working. So- that’s the reason for a 4 instead of a 5. I had the standard egg/hash browns/sausage/toast, and hubby had the sausage/egg breakfast sandwich. Both were really tasty. The best part? …A hot cocoa with whipped cream. Sipping on that while watching the sun over the mountains = Yum!

Father and I both had the double cheeseburger and it was very good. The conversation with the host was great! Positive experience and vibe all around.

I have to say West Glacier KOA is a beautiful campground with many activities! It is a few minutes from the West entrance to Glacier Mountain National Park. The deluxe campsites are very spacious and private (well worth the extra $$) versus non deluxe sites are pretty jammed in and do not have much or any shade. The restaurant is great but limited menu. Their are several bathrooms and shower locations to use. If I had a complaint which is minor, the 2 dogs parks are large and could easily be split for large dog/small dog sides. I have seen several aggressive dogs on leash which has been disappointing. However, that is the only complaint. Great for families many things to do.

This campground was the nicest, cleanest, most organized KOA we have ever been to. It is extremely well maintained throughout the whole park. Every night there was live music on the lawn, and also events for kids such as a birds of prey show, the die night, and a magic show. The playground is very nice also. Sunday AM they hold a church service under the tent which is beautifully done by Glacier Ministries! They had a full laundry room with plenty of washer and dryers and a cash to change machine which is very convenient. Showers and bathroom were clean also. KOA staff will deliver ice to your trailer if you order it on your phone! Walking trail behind KOA is beautiful! Very nice dog park. Close to entrance of Glacier NP- maybe a 5 minute drive. This park was a 10/10 for our family!

West glacier RV KOA park is a gold mine! Well done! Beautiful park. Easy to navigate layout. Very clean and working bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. The spaces are Long, and wide. You do not feel cramped or like you are living in the dirt, there is plenty of grass. Families, couples, and singles are everywhere. They also have a restaurant where you can order on line in advance. Very very good. Great pool. A beer garden. Book it if you can They fill up fast

We had to check out early for health reasons and due to wildfires in the vicinity. The KOA would not refund the day we did not use even though we checked out well before checkout time. All the other KOAs we have stayed at have always understood. It’s also overpriced. We paid $160+ a night for a pull through site with no shade and $196 per night for a cabin with no bathroom or kitchen. This one seems to be all about the money.
