9.8.23- Had a fantastic breakfast here. Pretty long wait for our food after ordering, which tested our patience- but it was fairly busy and not a lot of staff working. So- that’s the reason for a 4 instead of a 5. I had the standard egg/hash browns/sausage/toast, and hubby had the sausage/egg breakfast sandwich. Both were really tasty. The best part? …A hot cocoa with whipped cream. Sipping on that while watching the sun over the mountains = Yum!

Father and I both had the double cheeseburger and it was very good. The conversation with the host was great! Positive experience and vibe all around.

I have to say West Glacier KOA is a beautiful campground with many activities! It is a few minutes from the West entrance to Glacier Mountain National Park. The deluxe campsites are very spacious and private (well worth the extra $$) versus non deluxe sites are pretty jammed in and do not have much or any shade. The restaurant is great but limited menu. Their are several bathrooms and shower locations to use. If I had a complaint which is minor, the 2 dogs parks are large and could easily be split for large dog/small dog sides. I have seen several aggressive dogs on leash which has been disappointing. However, that is the only complaint. Great for families many things to do.

This campground was the nicest, cleanest, most organized KOA we have ever been to. It is extremely well maintained throughout the whole park. Every night there was live music on the lawn, and also events for kids such as a birds of prey show, the die night, and a magic show. The playground is very nice also. Sunday AM they hold a church service under the tent which is beautifully done by Glacier Ministries! They had a full laundry room with plenty of washer and dryers and a cash to change machine which is very convenient. Showers and bathroom were clean also. KOA staff will deliver ice to your trailer if you order it on your phone! Walking trail behind KOA is beautiful! Very nice dog park. Close to entrance of Glacier NP- maybe a 5 minute drive. This park was a 10/10 for our family!

West glacier RV KOA park is a gold mine! Well done! Beautiful park. Easy to navigate layout. Very clean and working bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. The spaces are Long, and wide. You do not feel cramped or like you are living in the dirt, there is plenty of grass. Families, couples, and singles are everywhere. They also have a restaurant where you can order on line in advance. Very very good. Great pool. A beer garden. Book it if you can They fill up fast

We had to check out early for health reasons and due to wildfires in the vicinity. The KOA would not refund the day we did not use even though we checked out well before checkout time. All the other KOAs we have stayed at have always understood. It’s also overpriced. We paid $160+ a night for a pull through site with no shade and $196 per night for a cabin with no bathroom or kitchen. This one seems to be all about the money.

I appreciate the hard work of the kitchen staff, but there seems to be a need for more efficiency in preparing orders. On my recent visit, I had to wait almost an hour for an order of pancakes and two breakfast sandwiches, which is considerably longer than expected. This significant delay can be quite off-putting for customers, especially during peak breakfast hours. I strongly recommend management to look into this issue and improve the speed of service. The food was good, but the waiting time needs definite improvement.

Such a fun place for kids! We stayed in one of the simple cabins and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the campground was . The kids had a blast on the playground and in the pool . We loved chilling out with a drink from the bar and listening to the free nightly concerts . Perfect summer vibes!

This was our family’s first RV trip out to Glacier KOA with two KOA stops along the way. We had very high expectations for West Glacier KOA, based on price, photos, and some reviews. Unfortunately, we were not thrilled with the facilities or customer service at West Glacier. The grounds and views are STUNNING, but that was truly where the stars end. The showers and bathrooms are in desperate need of attention. We were there for four days and twice there were water issues. No water due to an issue and then no water due to replacing a well. We recognize things happen-but that is a pretty significant event. The bathrooms and showers were the least updated of any of our spots and need attention. Be aware, the laundry is far from most sites and there is typically a line or wait and most machines were out of service. At our first two stops our family could not stop raving about how friendly all the staff was. Unfortunately, most of the staff at West Glacier did not want to be bothered. There was one lovely couple from Arizona working who were, by far, the kindest we met. Little to no WiFi. Not too much of an issue for us we we were looking forward to unplugging-but there were times we needed access. Staff told us they were upgrading. As beautiful as this place was, I think we would opt for another camp ground or accommodations next trip

Dinner was great. Breakfast was a disaster. The Phillipines and thailand waitresses were excellent at dinner. Steaks were amazing. Breakfast staff needs training ASAP.

We will never stay at this KOA again. We went there specifically for a campsite with a shower. The showers only had cold water and the staff did not make it a point to put a note on the door. Apparently, the showers by the office had hot water (I found out later) which we were not told about. Another camper let me know that they were aware of this situation the night before. Also, there are quiet hours which they did not honor and kids were screaming and running around until 1:00 pm in the morning. We stay at a lot of KOAs and have never had these issues. I asked for a refund and the KOA didn't feel that it was deserved even though we didn't get the service that we paid for. I will take my dollars elsewhere next time.

Lovely park, busy place full of screaming kids. Be careful which space they want to put you. Pretty crowded for the price. Maybe it’s Glacier in general, but it felt chaotic. The lawn and common area was very nice

We loved everything about this KOA! Everything was so clean and well cared for. It has anything you could want for adults and kids alike. It was a very quiet grounds and the staff was very kind. And the views were amazing! Other KOAs pale in comparison. This place is a must stay.

Although quite pricey, it at least lives up to the price. You can’t beat the location in terms of access to West Glacier and the grounds are super pretty! The surrounding mountains are visible for most camp sites, and there’s a cute walking trail that goes through the surrounding forest. While we were there they also brought in a food truck and live music which was fun to enjoy near some fire pits. The dog park is also worth mentioning with some fun features for our pups to explore
