We were there to celebrate by birthday on November 14 ,2024. I ordered the steak filet and found it to be tough and chewy for this type of cut and was disappointed….. This is the first time I have ever written a negative response about a meal. To give credit where credit is due, my wife ordered the salmon and found it to be very good. The staff was friendly and polite.

I like eating here. Quiet atmosphere and great food. While it may be one of the priciest places in town, the food is fantastic.
The huckelberry martini is fun and rather tasty.
I love to see that this place has stayed open over the past few years.
The atmosphere gives me an old time vibe, from the record player in the corner to the lighting and music played. Well done!

My friends and I went and ate there this past weekend. The food was really awesome! I had the tenderloin, my other friend also had the tenderloin, and my other friend had some kind of pasta dish that looked absolutely amazing. They had some tuna wonton that wereto die for!

I am an old chef who is fussy about my meal and this menu and food impressed greatly. If you’re after burgers and sandwiches, don’t go to Jawbone! The menu is modern and thoughtful, and all dishes I had were presented beautifully and tasted absolutely delightful. Portions were appropriate, price is a touch high, but totally worth the outlay for the quality of the food. The beverage list is solid and fairly priced. Service was excellent and very attentive. I highly recommend if you’re anywhere in the area to visit Jawbone for an absolute treat of food that you will not find anywhere between here and California. The chef obviously has an excellent grasp of modern cuisine and is motivated to offer his customers great tastes.

The food here is amazing. We have been travelling since the beginning of February pretty much the whole of the western states. Every dining experience has been disappointing. All bar the Turquoise Room in Winslow, and now The Jawbone in White sulphur Springs. My husband is a chef so standards can be set a little high. This menu has a good variety and the portions size as they should be. I rather eat a normal size portion of great food than a huge portion of disappointing meals.
Small place, but the cozy adds charm. Food portions are smaller than expected, but quality is outstanding… waitresses were very nice and helpful… I’ll be back!
Weekend Brunch is amazing! Everything looked delicious so ordered two items - one to bring home for tomorrow!

Went on Saturday, February 24th. We loved the speakeasy vibe and the fact that there were not a ton of tables. We started with the Beef Tartare and could not have been happier. We could have just ordered 4 of the Beef Tartare and been satisfied. I had the Filet and she had the slow cooked short rib. Overall, a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone that travels through WS.

My husband and I had such a wonderful meal here and drinks. He got the filet perfectly cooked and I got the Alfredo. I was so full but could not stop eating it until it was gone. The drinks are true craft cocktail and service from the owner was so personable. Will only have dinner here when we are in town!
