BEWARE Bait and switch. Pepper Tree Catering gave my daughter in-law a quote in writing from Steve, (husband owner of Pepper Tree Catering) for catering her wedding 1 month before her wedding , for the amount of $985.50 for 90 people. 4 days before the wedding I was sent a text from Dana,(wife owner of Pepper Tree Catering company) stating "so for 90 people the bill is $1,165.00 and we require payment before we serve.
