Selected this place based on reviews as we were staying nearby. Seem like a great example of a neighborhood restaurant/bar. Lots of TVs with all the sports on and pretty crowded for Wednesday night, which seems to support that it's a popular place. Outstanding hamburgers, the best we've had in quite some time. At a half pound each, they were quite substantial and, while we're waiting, my wife was absolutely certain she would never finish hers until she began working on it. Turns out that was no problem at all. Well worth the quite substantial wait to finally get them. Nice size helping of fries and above-average onion rings. For sure check them out if you're in the area.

Stopped in today for the first time, wonderful experience. The man on the grill is serving up some mean burgers and hot onion rings. Madelaine gave prompt and attentive service, with a smile. All the regulars are as friendly as they come, feels like home. Best saloon in Montana!

I had a burger and fried pickles and my son n got a burger with onion rings. My husband got the steak sandwich. We all really enjoyed our food, it was really delicious. Our server was super friendly and gave great service. The atmosphere was very nice and gave a good friendly and cozy feel. Would definitely come back if I visit Whitehall again.

The food was SO good and extremely filling, we came here as a group of three and had a pretty long wait but I'll assume it was just busy. The prices on their website were a bit lower but it was a great deal overall. The bar and bathrooms were really clean ??

They have one server whose service is absolutely awful. She is rude , young and has no manner . She doesn’t belong in customer service!

Came in for a drink with a buddy on a random weekday afternoon. There were a few locals that were cool, bartenders and staff were really nice and welcoming. Really good menu, good drinks and a full bar. The chicken tenders and fried green beans hit the spot. Will def be returning

I mean, as far as a bar goes this place is top notch. Food is probably the best I've had sober at a bar. The drinks were above average in taste and alcohol content. Service was great and the price was perfect. If you're passing through, make this the stop for you or the family. I was there mid day and totally chill for the family.
