At approximately 8:40 pm on May 23, 2023 I went to mcDonalds and order 1/4 pounder meal. Since my previous visit resulted in food that had been left too long under the warmer light rendering it inedible, I requested fresh frood. I was not provided fresh food, I was given lukewarm french fries and the 1/4 pounder was hard and stale around the edges which is classic signs of food being left under warmsing lights for extended periods. My order on the app couldn't be found, and I had to wait for the coffee to brew, BUT everyone was very kind, polite, and apologetic. Great customer service!
its fast food service but always check your order before you pull out cuz sometimes they don't get your order right
