McDonald's Wolf Point, Montana: A Disaster I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the McDonald's in Wolf Point, Montana. My order was placed at 10:20 AM on the in-store kiosk, yet I waited over 40 minutes before receiving any acknowledgment. When I finally inquired about my order, I was met with a shocking response: the staff informed me that they could not fulfill my order because breakfast was over. This was despite the fact that I had placed my order well before the supposed cutoff time. To make matters worse, the kitchen was in a state of chaos. The floor was littered with food and drink spills, employees were pouring drinks from open cups, and staff were mishandling food items. I even witnessed an employee stomping on a garbage can that was overflowing. After waiting for an exorbitant amount of time and witnessing such unsanitary practices, I demanded a refund. Even then, I was met with indifference and further delays. I would give this McDonald's a negative rating if it were possible. The service was appalling, the food safety practices were unacceptable, and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. I urge others to avoid this location at all costs.

Had to put one star but 0 stars for this place.. I can't even believe the audacity of the people who work in here.. we ordered on the kiosk right in front of the counter.. they clearly saw us order.. we waited over half an hour as well as at least 4 other people there that never got their order in the time we were there. We went to the counter after waiting half an hour and said can we get our money back because they were ignoring all the customers standing there..and then they ignored us when we said that. It was also very dirty in the kitchen area.. will not be returning to this McDonald's again.. very disappointed!

Food was awful and the employees treated us like we weren't even there. All they could do was tell us to order at the kiosks and were very rude about it.

In Wolf Point Montana. Door sign said open to 11, however door was locked at 10:15. Went thru drive through. Girl taking money and giving us our food was extremely rude. She was discussed that we bothered her for ketchup. Definitely will not stop there again.

I ordered two medium mocha ice Capps, and they were made completely wrong. They weren’t blended and I even heard them say it was completely wrong without fixing the issue, 1 star

The food was burnt. The people were rude!! The inside was beyond disgusting!! Live flies and dead bugs everywhere! I wish I would have read the reviews and seen the inside before I placed my order.

Absolutely a nightmare. I was there for seven months and called corporate at least eight times. Food looked and tasted terrible. Once my kids burger was literally white from salt! Nothing was ever right. I could mobile order go across town and back and still stand waiting for 15 more minutes. I was always late for work waiting for a offer I put way before I ever headed to there . Total chaos every day. Not clean. Staff rude. I've heard them talking about customers rudely myself included. Once the quarter pounder was not even cooked all the way yuck. I swear they double cook the fries. Let's just say dirty not safe unorganized and well nothing ever seems to be right; plus always seem angry when u go back for the right items. Ask I got Is just gross.

I really hope this is a franchise "restaurant" and not corporate. Either way, it's a major FAILURE. Absolutely NO customer service. I stood at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes while the three employees "working" totally ignored me. Walked out and found a GREAT diner just down the street. I suggest you do the same.
