Amazing!! My family and I stopped by for breakfast, and everything was delicious. Authentic regional food w/roots from Veracruz. Staff was friendly and attentive-a family operated restaurant. We ordered breakfast; chorizo w/eggs, huevos rancheros, quesadillas, barbacoa, and carnita tacos. All was flavorful! Undoubtedly, I MUST TRY!!!

Perfect place for eating like a local. No frills. Just a humble family place where you can have a great lunch before the beach or the cenote. Excellent service. Having little Sophie “dog” by our side was like we were having lunch at home. Be sure to try the carnitas by the kilo or the fish “al ajillo”. So tasty and fresh. Visited it twice.

We were looking for a local spot, hoping to fine good food. This was the perfect fit. Very local and the service and food were unbelievable. Would recommend it to anybody visiting that wants good, traditional Mexican food. Cheese nachos with the fresh cilantro were amazing along with the soup and my steak tacos. And they take credit card ! Only wish they served beer lol

Stopped by for lunch after diving for the morning. This restaurant was recommended by locals, as we were looking for authentic food, not resort food. It didn’t disappoint. We tried the flank steak, pork and chicken tacos and they were all very delicious. We would have tried more as the quesadillas were highly recommended too, but we were stuffed. Also, little Sophie was a delight to have visit while we ate!
