Stopped by around 9am wanting a quick breakfast. We were the only ones there. I ordered the French toast and the pancakes. Portions were ridiculously small for the price I paid. 115 pesos each. I got two pitiful pancakes with about half a chopped banana, and 5 hockey puck sized pieces of French toast also with half a sliced banana. I would’ve thought the portions to be bigger given the restaurant being anything but fancy. Felt like you’re eating in someone’s home.

Always great place for a casual breakfast or lunch. Thankfully the prices here are more in line with the local economy rather than vacation visitors. Get in here for a good meal at a reasonable price.

Very tasty food in a unique location. A more "local" option to Turtle Bay cafe - the menu is smaller but more focused, everything is high quality. Try the hot sauce!

Reasonable prices right next to the main entrance to Akumal, food was better or as good as the expensive places you find in PDC and Tulum. Humble little restaurant doing everything well!

It is a gem in Akumal. The food was quite delicious and at a good price, the portion larger than expected.

We enjoyed several meals here during our week long stay. Every one was delicious with highlights being the extraordinary chili relleno and a very authentic cochinita pibil. Also high marks to the mole sauce which we enjoyed quite a lot also. Plan to bring any alcohol you want to enjoy with your meal as they dont serve any. Many thanks to the lovely hospitality we enjoyed here.

Very nice people - The chicken fajitas are highly recommended and the coffee is also very good. The restaurant is a bit out of the way, so people don't come by all the time. There is also no music playing that is too loud like in many other places. The prices are fair - you pay about half what you would pay on average in Germany. 50 pesos coffee 170 pesos chicken fajitas
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor therefore easily accessible
