This is our 4th trip to Akumal and this is our favorite breakfast spot. The owner is quite friendly sly and the food is fantastic. The best spicy pick. I personally love the Huevos Rancheros, I mis it up by adding bacon or chorizo. The chilaquiles is spot on and this trip we tried a Chile rellono ??

A lot has changed in Akumal over the last 20 years - but not Loncheria Akumalito. Still my go-to place for breakfast (and sometimes lunch). Cheap, cheerful and authentic. Try the Huevos Motulenos - outstanding

My husband and I had lunch here one day after shopping. The food is fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. I wish we had gotten there for breakfast but ran out of days.

My partner and I had lunch here and it was amazing! The service is perfect, the guy is very nice. We had consomé de pollo and quesadillas con pollo y queso. Everything's home and freshly made, delicious. As are the drinks, we had limonade and licuado de melón con leche, freshly pressed and mixed fruits on the spot. Highly recommend.
