Incredible dinner tonight. Our server Diego provided an unforgettable experience for us. Highly recommended..
OMG! What a good Italian restaurant. I travel a lot and have tried a lot of restaurants around the world, so I'm normally expecting to be underwhelmed with All-inclusive resort restaurants (even in the high end resorts). But this place had top notch food! The appetizers and mains were both delicious. The cocktails were good too. The only downside was as expected the included wine which was served warm and tasted like cheap wine (I am a fan of finding and trying nice affordable affordable wines, but this one just wasn't a good one). Everything else was outstanding.

Recommendations by staff were on point. Guys must wear long pants and no flipflops.

We weren't big fans of the food since the food was either too sweet for the pasta or the meats were too chewy. However the desserts were fantastic! I would recommend most of the other restaurants first at the Secrets resort.

The pianist and food were amazing, had a great evening. This place and the Himitsu are the best.

Super awesome experience! Me & my wife travel every year to experience new resorts & restaurants. This was by far the best Italian restaurant we tried in our life’s that actually match the authentic Italian cuisine. We were very surprised to see an original family recipe on the menu and the taste of the dish was just as amazing! Definitely highly recommend this restaurant! Hats off to the chef, Enrique, he nailed it!

This spot is great. The food was lovely and the service from Luis was fantastic. Would definitely recommend a visit here again.
We were here for dinner and had the Nicola salad, raviolini, steak and desserts. Even my veeery picky husband was impressed. Definitely worth a stop.

Restaurantji Recommends
We arrived with previous reservation. The restaurant was not even half full. Service was good initially but became slow as the night progressed. Salad bar was good and pasta dishes were average. I was recommended the New York strip which wasn’t of great flavor and was not exactly soft. Desserts were all delicious. Unfortunately our cocktails weren’t good as they require lemon juice and the chain utilizes bottled instead of freshly squeezed, making them bitter.
Too many dishes that you would like to try. Santiago was very friendly and funny. He brought out many sampling plates for us to try lots of variety of things.
Probably the better restaurants of any of the others. Always used palladium group before because of the excellent food, although this hotel disappointed on all levels
Solid dining experience. Good food.

Both Portofino and Bordeux are overly dark inside for some reason. The decor for Portofino is definitely more upscale. No live piano entertainment for the night which was a little disappointing. But the food definitely made up for it. The best was the Osso Buco. Huge chunk of tender fatty meat on a giant bone. If we're weren't pretending to be at a sophisticated Italian restaurant, I would have picked it up and tore the meat right off with my teeth.
