This is a local place in the Akumal Pueblo. Great pasta dishes, tacos, and gringos. The ambiance is a Mexican street. Folding tables and plastic chairs, but the food is excellent and inexpensive.
Street-side tortas and tacos. Had beef but would go for pastor next time. We ordered one pasta dish which was good too. BYO beer from the corner store a block away. Would definitely go back. Only 4 small tables so not good for a group. Tables were pretty busy and they had a lot of take-out orders while we were there. Maybe we’ll do takeout next time.
Great place, tacos were super good. They also make homemade pasta. This is not a fancy or touristic place. If you want an authentic local Akumal experience, go there, you'll love it.
