“My wife and I visited Sunset Royal Hotel in Cancun and one of the three restaurants in the facility is El Capricho which mainly has an Italian exquisite gourmet menu... however it is in the service and special attention that our waiter Javier Rivera that we were delighted....!!!! Javier is has excellent knowledge of the whole menu and takes great in providing the best and friendliest of service... I arrived at 11:15 and they wouldn't let me order to eat there, so I ordered takeout. A couple arrived around 11:30 and they let them eat there, they even served them first. When I asked, the waitress just turned around and left to get my order. It took 15 minutes more, meaning they hadn't prepared it.
