Our experience in this place has been a bit bitter. And as the dishes progressed, we became more and more disappointed.

The girl who served us 10/10 treated us kindly and her service was very pleasant during our dinner.

To start, we ordered some potato croquettes, which to our surprise were very good, so much so that the child accompanying me gave him the thumbs up. The dressings and well-seasoned croquettes.

With the main courses we ordered a flank steak baguette and a braised picaña (which has nothing braised). The baguette is decent and filling, considerable size and the accompaniments such as salad and chips are adequate.

However, the dish requested by me was very disappointing. A hard picaña..... Very hard, inedible.... And there was nothing braised, it was only cooked on a grill..... I told the waitress and the solution was to spend more time in the kitchen, however there was a lot of leftover harder.... No longer wanting to fight, we opted not to eat the dish.... A shame the sauce was delicious, and the accessories were equally so.

Finally, to get rid of the bad taste in our mouths, we ordered corn bread with ice cream. Which had some strange flavor profiles that were not pleasant and very cloying. Very disappointing

The food is bad and expensive, without flavor, we ordered some hoe tacos, they took a long time and arrived cold, when I requested a lemon they no longer had them, the price is excessive for what they offer. For 6 tacos and a jug of water $670

I liked the place, the menu, even the attention of the waitress, but several of the things we ordered, they changed the ingredients without asking or letting us know and when we asked, there was no response from the chef. The taste of things is good but it is not certain that they will always get what they order.

Very good option to eat in the center of Bacalar.

We ordered the Ajal cheese as a starter, it was very good, I recommend it. I would only change the flour tortillas, because they are not good.

For the main course, the vegetarian burrito and the roasted portobello with tomatoes. The burrito is large and vast, it can be easily shared between 2 people and the sauces that accompany it are very good. Although the portobello is delicious, I think it leaves a little to be desired, since the lettuce does not feel as fresh and the variety of flavors is not felt as in the other dishes.

They have a very good cambucha.

Quality price, it was fair.

Several gluten-free options. I had the chicken blue corn tacos and they were delicious. They also had chicken or beef skewers.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Safe.

Went for a late dinner. Got guacamole and the hummus. Both were good. Good tequila and the largest mojito in town!

Vegetarian options: Both our choices were vegetarian

Completely thrilled! The “Drowned Burrito with beef” was super tasty, huge and a bargain at 11 euros! The atmosphere is very cozy, modern, open and with a small garden area. The menu was also in English and the waiter was one of the nicest we met in Mexico!

They are very slow in service. The juices do not seem natural and are served with a lot of ice. Expensive for what they serve. We didn't order food, but given what we've seen, we won't be back.
