Very nice place to spend the day crying. 500 pesos per person including 250 of consumption, towels and deckchairs included. Delicious cocktails. I recommend.

If you are in Bacalar you HAVE to go to blu! It's a super nice place, good prices for a beach club. They have some incredible spots for photos, arrive early so you have the opportunity to choose the best area to rest. I was there a couple of weeks ago and I so regret not having stayed longer. Melina attended to us and her service was excellent, all the staff were super friendly!

I was amazed by the great spot they have next to the lagoon, the drinks were delicious and the food excellent, and the best of all was the service from Melina and the other guys, the best place in Bacalar.

Wat een geweldige plek om een hele dag te vertoeven. Je huurt bedjes voor 500 pesos pp waarvan je dan weer 250 pesos kunt besteden aan drankjes of eten. Het water is ontzettend mooi hier en je kunt fijn zwemmen. De kaart is goed en niet al te duur. Toiletten schoon. Kortom: ga hierheen!

Bring repellent, there are too many mosquitoes, but it's worth it.

Wij hebben een heerlijke relaxte dag gehad. Beach Club Blu is een verstopt paradijs. Het water is prachtig blauw en er zitten Stromatolieten in het water. De service is zeer goed waarbij het personeel goed Engels sprak.

Tip: toch meer mensen uitleg geven over de Stromatolieten en deze nooit aan te raken. Wellicht gasten verplichten via de stijger het water in te gaan en geen zonnebrand/reef friendly zonnebrand te gebruiken. Bovenstaande werd ons netjes uitgelegd, echter naast ons lagen mensen die het wat moeilijker begrijpen vond helaas..

If you want to spend an unforgettable day,
I recommend them... just be patient with the slow service, especially with drinks, you have to be crazy about the waiters. The food is very good although not very varied. If you have small children the place is ideal :)

Nice place, the spot in the lagoon is beautiful, it’s designed in a way that even when it’s full it doesn’t feel crowded, they have max capacity though, so you may want to book a place or confirm space availability in advance. Place is well maintained, menu is short but nice and food comes in good portions and well presented, and prices are reasonable, they have bathrooms, crew is helpful, they play chill music at moderate volume. The only things I wish is their closing time were later so you can enjoy the place lit up, and I wish there was an easy way to charge your phone near where you’re seated.
