Clan Destino Burgers

We ordered a margarita and it was horrible, we asked them to fix it and the staff was super rude, then the burger was super burnt, it's a shame this place was cool in Tulum but everything changed! I do not recommend it.

Nice place and view BUT the bar staff are unfriendly, uninterested, probably too high to realise how terrible their service is.My margarita lemon was undrinkable, so biter that I stopped drinking it half way.Sad as it is a lovely spot but would not recommend.

Excellent location with lagoon and dock. The delicious burgers especially the one with seeds and shrimp. I liked that they include potatoes. Very affordable prices

Vegetarian options: The seed burger is the best I've ever had

Nice place right next to the water with many different options of food, like a open air food court. We had a very friendly and smiling guy who served us, he's done a good job as far as he could. Very disappointing was the "meat" on our burger. The burger patty was sooo tiny, like in 2 bits the meat was gone. Before we started to eat the burger we informed our waitress but he couldn't do anything about it. The taste was alright but nothing special. Such a shame for this place

Well.Place looked promising on paper as well as upon arrival. Great music, amazing atmosphere, great little setup etc.Ordered drinks, came rather swiftly and were good. Then ordered food. Then ordered drinks again and the waiter proceeded to tell us the drinks is were on happy hour. Why didn’t he say so before ? Why didn’t he apply the happy hour to all four drinks on the bill ? No idea.Food came after approximately 45 minutes. 2 burgers and chips ( about 12 customers in the place ) actually ONE burger and chip. Mine didn’t come. Burger came with no sauces or cutlery. Had to ask. When brought only brought one set.Oh well I didn’t have my food so never mind anyway. My food came 25 mns after my girlfriends.At this point I should say : the food was really good but felt like our experience was spoiled by the bad service.Asked for the bill, had to go pay as no one would come and a 15% service charge was slapped on before I could see and before I could choose what level of reward I was ready to give for the service I had received.The great kitchen staff is being massively let down by waiters who would rather have a chat with their than serve customers.

The vegetarian burgers are delicious, the attention of the staff is very friendly and the place is beautiful, without a doubt quite an experience.

Great location, right on the lake....loved it! Open at night for dinner. Having the chicken sandwich and fries.Highly recommend!

One of the best burgers in town!!!! It's a must! Especially the shrimp burger!!!! ;)

Great burgers!

Nice place. Cool music.We were only 3 tables to serve this afternoon. And yet...We were asked to wait 20 minutes for our burgers. No problem. Then again 20 minutes. Finally after an hour of waiting, if we wanted to order something else because there was a problem in the kitchen.Please be professional.

I expected more, the hamburger bun was cheap. I ordered a flank steak, I expected the hamburger to be better prepared. Flavor is what it is, pan con carne arrachera. It doesn't taste like a hamburger, I was expecting ground flank steak.

The place is super nice, we have already tried the hamburgers and they are delicious. We recommend them.
