Definitely the best place for breakfast in Bacalar, we went twice and both days the dishes were very good, good portions, fresh and with a great flavor, they have promotions with coffee and bread, the atmosphere is very good since it is outside and the Music matches the place, they also have a gallery with different works by local and international artists that are worth visiting, if I visit Bacalar again I will definitely return.

Scammed. After eating some sandwiches with my family I had to pay. The young waiter himself suggested that I leave a 20% tip. I thought a 10% tip was enough and he was allowed to add that to my bill. I paid by credit card and when I got home I found out that the waiter, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, had added a 20% tip to my bill. As an owner you have to tackle this! Please note, it was not a mistake on the part of the waiter, but deliberately increased the bill at the expense of the tourist.

Ordered the jackfruit sandwich, the jackfruit was inedible. I don’t think it was cooked at all let alone properly, and it was completely unseasoned. The accompanying potato wedges were undercooked. Very disappointing

It is inevitable for me to return to this place. I love it. This time I ordered some golden tacos stuffed with plantain and a blackberry smoothie with yogurt and cardamom. I loved. There were a couple of guys playing live, very nice. The attention, very good. I was so comfortable that I took out my computer and stayed there a while longer because they have very good Internet. It was a great experience. I recommend it. For me, going to Bacalar and not going to Enamora is like not having gone to Bacalar. Afterwards, of course I went to the Lagoon to enjoy its peace and beauty. Thank you

Very inconsistent service. First time we came here, the drinks were flavorful and the portions were huge. However, the 2nd and 3rd time we came, the drinks were completely different and the sandwich went from having 4 slices of turkey to a measly 1 slice. They tried making us pay for a drink they made incorrectly because we already took a sip out of it. The waiters actively avoid helping the tables. I can't recommend this place.
