“The day we went, not all the food stalls were open, but the empanadas (fried) and the choripan at the Argentine place were delicious. It is a little more expensive than other places (355 ml beer 70 pesos), but the view of the lagoon from its dock is beautiful and you can be there with the consumption of the restaurants without an entrance fee.“

“Heerlijk eten. De sandwiches zijn prima, maar we namen als toetje ook een wafel en die zijn uitmuntend.
De service was orima; vriendelijk personeel en het eten was er snel.
Restaurant is klein en zat vol toen we binnen kwamen. Dus hebben we aan de straat aan de 2 tafels gezeten.“

“Excellent place in the most lively square in Bacalar. The staff is wonderful. Even though they clean the griddle after each order, they offered to make my tacos in another pan, which made me absolutely sure there was no cross contamination. I had the tacos al pastor and they were delicious. Highly recommended.“

“Last night I was at El Hornito Fast Food, the idea was a pizza, but they recommended the chop and flank steak tacos! Just very rich!Good meat, good tortilla, good sauces... ??P.S. The only detail is that they are a bit slow to serve, I hope they correct it!“

“Affordable, with an acceptable flavor, for 6 hochos it was 180 pesos and the cook is friendly, they deliver and if you go with little cash it will be enough for you, better than the extremely expensive options around
Kid-friendliness: The cook is kind, I asked for the sausage without bread and they cut it into small pieces for my baby“
