Nice restaurant with good and elaborate food, the scam comes with the drinks, 150 pesos for a bottle of water. Restaurant made for American tourists.
They go overboard with the prices, a shame.

We went to dinner yesterday and we were discriminated against, we wanted a place on the terrace and they told us there wasn't one. A couple of groups arrived later (foreigners and whites) without a reservation and were assigned a table on the terrace. It was not the first time we went, we came in April and we ate without problem. The hostess is terrible, the most ridiculous thing is that we were discriminated against in our own country by a foreign hostess.
I think that we Mexicans should demand that places with these types of policies be closed or at least fined.

We didn't reserve a table, but they seated us upstairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon. We had Finisterre salad, a very good choice! I loved the taste of the fresh mango with caramelized walnuts and goat cheese. We had Angus beef steak and funghi risotto. A young lady helped us the whole night, she was very good at the vines, too. I didn't like my first choice, she changed it for me. All the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommended and don't miss it if you are in Bacalar!

The place is very nice, the atmosphere they achieve envelops you, however the food is tasteless, we ordered pizza capricciosa and the cheese didn't taste like anything, the tomato sauce less so and the ingredients, well what can I tell you, now we order two glasses of wine l.a cetto white zinfandel each cost what a bottle costs and it's not even the cost, it's actually that the food is not good, it's just a very instagrammable place on the outside.

Service was great, the staff was always attentive :) The atmosphere was also very nice and pleasant. I ordered a pizza, it was okay, but it didn't come close to a European one. The drinks (lemonade) were good!

Very nice location. The service was attentive, quick and good. Our drinks were prepared at our place, a real experience. It tasted good too. Prices are higher, but okay for the overall package on offer!
