We tasted several flavors of the paletas and they were all great. The pieces of fruit or pieces of nuts are still there, so fresh. I especially recommend the coconut flavor!They are only 20 pesos each.

Passable ice cream and again....as for the welcome and the service, we must have had a bad day!!! No hello, and a goodbye from us remained unanswered, and yet we were the only customers. In short, we do not recommend (unless all the other glaciers in Yucatan are closed ;))
To the one who attends on Saturday nights:If you are going to be with your face and attitude, it is better not to work in the field.I suggest to the owners of this place some urgent customer service classes for all their employees but especially for that man who seems too frustrated, and also that they not overdo it as it is possible to let ONE PERSON be served on a Saturday. Nothing special about the ice cream, the strawberries and cream are commercial, not artisanal. Everything tastes like milk with sugar and some ice creams are given to you MADE WATER. For that better try a mash. Anyone who goes there should not let themselves be treated badly by that individual who judges you for your apparent purchasing power, which lacks value.

My wife and I have stopped by here on our way home a few times since we've been in Bacalar. The paletas are fantastic. I love the pistachio and the cappuccino ones. My wife loves the strawberry creme ones. Only 25 pesos each. Great for a romantic evening walk with your sweetie. Highly recommended!
