The women's bathrooms were horribly dirty :( there were problems paying by card and we had to pay with cash, it's a bit expensive

This restaurant offered excellent buffet-style classic Mexican food. There were many varieties of chicken and pork with sauteed vegetables, rice and beans. There was also a wide selection of seafood. The restaurant offered shade, but was still in an open air setting, which allowed excellent views of Bacalar's beautiful crystal clear cerulean lagoon.

Very good service, although some waiters said they didn't have certain drinks and others said they did. Good atmosphere, it is an open place. The prices seemed high to me, 300 for a drink seemed excessive.

At the edge of the lagoon we had 2 cocktails and tacos. This restaurant could have a better rating if the DJ didn't think he was in a nightclub at lunchtime! (and it's not for lack of having asked to lower the volume being close to the speakers, too bad)

The food is good but the waiters do not know how to handle the prices of the buffet, there were errors regarding prices and that in some way becomes annoying when paying.Also, they almost force you to tip when it's actually optional.
