This cafeteria seemed on the outside to be an excellent place to have afternoon coffee, but today, Monday, we were not attended to and after a while no one showed up and we better get up and go into the cafeteria and the showcase full of milk and there was no one to attend, I am a little disappointed by the recommendations that they had given me but I hope that they continue to improve and achieve excellence in quality and service
Next to the hotel they have a small cafeteria that serves Starbucks coffee (note, it is not a Starbucks as such). I really liked the decoration of the place, but the service of the people who serve leaves a lot to be desired, not very attentive and slow, it also seems that at night they don't have much variety of food anymore. It seems to me that for a cheaper price you can enjoy a coffee or tea somewhere else in the area.
What a GEM! we discovered this place during our last trip to Bacalar, I ve had coffee all over the world and this is in my top 3. The food was hand made by their master chef Filippo. The panini sandwich was marvelous. WiFi was fast, well kept facilities, The ambiance is amazing and just a block from the center. MUST TRY
