Unfortunately we weren't able to do the tour as my boyfriend was lying down with food poisoning on the day of the tour. However, the service was very good. Since he wasn't feeling well in the morning, I went to the bar and it was possible to move the tour to the afternoon. Since he's still not feeling better in the afternoon, I went back to cancel the tour. The staff were very friendly and understanding and we even got a full refund of the deposit paid the day before! Really super nice!

Crooks!! TO FLEE !!We used a kayak for 1h15 and when we arrived, they wanted to charge us 2h30!We had to negotiate to arrive at 1:30 for 600 pesos!!!! Thieves!In addition, we unfortunately had a small accident on the way and we lost an oar because of a wave that was too strong, which sank directly to the bottom of the water. They charged 1500 pesos for the train!!! Notable thieves whose establishment will be reported to the police.I tried to buy an oar elsewhere at a decent price, but it's the same boss on the 4 or 5 kayak rental establishments on the seaside...Tourists, vacationers and other visitors, flee this place, at the risk of being cheated in your turn.

I do not recommend the tour in the lagoon, the tour is less than what they promise, next door they have a better price, also when commenting that their tour is shorter, they are rude
