What a wonderful place, the food is incredible. Let's start by saying that the place is expensive, if you don't have a good budget, don't go. It's worth it though. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, many plants, good decoration, good music. The food is basically based on healthy but delicious food. When we went there was corn soup with carrots, seeds, I can't tell you what a wonderful thing. We ordered some makis and they were incredible....
Highly recommended to have dinner at Nixtamal, without a doubt one of our best experiences of our visits to the Riviera Maya, everything cooked on firewood, fresh ingredients, good creative proposal, better variety of wines than in the rest of the area, its incredible vegetation, It's all worth it, thank you very much ??
