This was an extraordinary dinner. We started with creative and delicious cocktails served with a sprig of rosemary that was lit at the table creating an intoxicating aroma. Then had three vegan dishes...the coconut ceviche, portobello mushroom, roasted plantain...the sauces and representation and the taste...all wonderful. Our favorite dish(though decidedly no vegan)...corn and pork pibil....completely wow.

The food is great, we did mango salad and the pork belly and was delicious. There was a contest of mixiology and it was really good the drinks. The guava mezcal that is from them is delicious. Great experience and good on price.

me gustó mucho el lugar que regresaría, solo no me gustó si ya había hecho la reservación que nos dejaran esperando más de 10 minutos en la recepción. La música no fue mucho de mi agrado, un blues hubiera estado mucho mejor. La comida exquisita que valió la pena la espera en la recepción. A gem of a restaurant.We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each menu is different and without a doubt all are worth it.We all order vegan options and each one is better than the other.The chef takes a 100 from canning to flavor.It's a little expensive but it's worth it. And without a doubt we will return.

We got there for dinner. The food was delicious. The Tataky beef, cauliflower, pork on the grill for 12 hours and the daily fish were just amazing. The desserts - tapayoka brûlée and the tres leches were amazing. Not so expensive. Highly recommend.

La Infraestructura del lugar es nula, la decoración también. Es muy obscuro con lo cual no favorecen la presentación de sus platillos. Hay otros lugares en bacalar que se pueden visitar antes que este.
Tenía mi reservación, pero no tenían disponibilidad de menú en ese horario, el horario disponible para reservas debe ajustarse a los horarios de atención. Mi Reservación era a las 5:00 y a esa hora termina su brunch y a las 7:00 inicia cena, proponen un buffet alterno que termina a las 5:30, aunque en recepción me dieron acceso y me dijeron que si hay menú. Considerando que tienen que llevarte a la zona de restaurant y esperar que te lleven de regreso en carro de golf que va con fallas, paso una hora y no pudimos comer.
