The staff were really friendly and would help out if there was any problem. The hotel itself is fine, enough space for everything to fit. We found the cleanliness a little poor, in the sense that there were some cobwebs and dust laying around, but the beds and towels were stain free (which we don’t see often around here!). The food was really nice, on several occasions we ate breakfast here and it was really good! And not ridiculously large portions.

Canceled our stay after checking in... the room was filthy: mud footprints, dead dry bugs in the toilet, wires of spiderwebs-dust on the fan and no windows. I wouldn't eat sushi here if this is what they consider "clean"

The sushi is delicious. Don't even touch the breakfasts, they are bad, I insist the recommended thing is the sushi.

The food was pretty good the drink was okay it's definitely not a place you want to party and I was but paying Gringo's prices definitely it was more expensive that normal Mexican place the boat for Fooled and about the same price I would pay for a similar meal in Canada or maybe a little bit less so what did the food was good like I said and it wasn't terrible but it's just a little expensive. The wait staff was very nice however and I thought the service is pretty good but that might because I was the only person in the bar and I was paying about six hundred pesos for a meal so maybe that's why it was good but I would just say is it okay place

Excellent service, everyone super attentive. Very good location, it turned out to be a better hotel than I expected and the tour to the lagoon by boat leaves from the same hotel and at a very good price...I've stayed in Bacalar several times but firt time at Corsario and it turned out to be better of what I expected, great location, service was over the top.

A beautiful place to have dinner, order a roll with banana, delicious. The staff a little distracted, but friendly. And the prices are slightly high considering the portion of food they serve.

It is a place to eat very tasty, the costs are high but they are worth it

Exquisite mezcal-based cocktails and delicious cuisine. Widely recommended
