Banquetakos Multiplaza

This place in the multiplaza is small, approximately 8 tables, but they have the full menu. The truth is that it is not something exceptional, neither in the food, service or prices but there are notable aspects such as the size of the portions, I ordered 4 white shepherd tacos and the truth is that they serve them with plenty of meat and include pineapple (natural by the way) aside, good detail. The quality and marinade of the meat I would say are good, higher than the average of small local taquerias. The girl who served was approachable by asking me to change the sauces they normally serve and I was also able to pay with a card. Other than that I can't say that the experience blew my mind but I would return.

Terrible service, the tacos are served in cold tortillas and from 10 pm they tell you that they no longer answer, the phones to talk to the branch do not work, they send to the mailbox and on the Whats app they take a long time to answer, to tell you that they do not have service .

Terrible service, terrible attitude and attention from the taquero and the telephone operator. They refused to serve sirloin tacos straight from the top even though I had previously called to confirm if they still had tacos served straight from the top. Arriving at 10:20, they told me that only grilled meat is served at 10:30, so the taquero, despite being on time and having the top on, refused to provide service. It's a shame because the product is good.

The tacos are not bad, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, I asked for an ingredient and the waitress answered me "I've never ordered that, I've never eaten here, I don't know how to tell you" as if knowing the menu was not literally her job .All the employees on their cell phones and with an annoyed face because they were already going to have to work when clients arrive.
