We arrived based on extensive recommendations....On our first visit to Burdogs, when we arrived they assigned us a table for 2 people quickly even though the place was full. And they delivered the letter to us quickly. However, not even 2 minutes had passed and we already had the waiter on us to take our order which did not allow us to choose the food well...... we suppose due to the rush of the place being full and the concept of fast food...We requested to the waiter to bring us some spiral potatoes for starters, for drinks a jug of Strawberry Horchata. And for food, a Texas Heeler burger and a Burdogs.
The horchata drink 10/10 Very fast service. In less than 5 minutes we had our burgers. In our perception, hamburgers are very normal. Except to highlight the amount of meat they contain. Nothing WOW or memorable. Brioche bread, well executed in preparation but not in characteristic flavor, lacks the aromas and flavors of Butter that distinguish it. So it was something that we did not like very much, however, the texture was very good since it holds the filling of the burger.
The French fries had flavors of Old Oil which caused us a bit of noise when we were eating our food.
Regarding Spiral potatoes, the same situation with French fries, with strange flavors. Plus they took them to us a long time after we finished our food. Which we request to take away.
Which took a few long minutes of waiting along with our account.
The place has a very good atmosphere with live music. The decoration and style is very contemporary and the place lends itself to going out with friends and having a good time with drinks and food. THE FOOD IS NOT BAD But it could be better... So that this can help you invite to return soon

I liked the concept, they are basically hamburgers, all with dog names like the two hotdogs, I ordered the Husky which tasted very good, the only thing is that the piece of meat is smaller than the bread, which by the way is Brioche. I ordered a lemon pie which was quite good, the concept is original and there is nothing similar in Chetumal, the service has its opportunities, but it is undoubtedly a very good option to go with friends.

I asked them to move me to a low table since I felt very uncomfortable at the high tables and they refused with the excuse that they were reserved, placing at that moment a "reserved" paper, which I could see was not true with the arrival of others. customers who realized that there were only high tables but another employee offered them the "reserved" low table.
