Terrible service, I never recommend it. I've only bought once, and it was like three years ago. I bought a marinated chicken with rubs and beans. The taste is okay, it's passable. But they made me wait a long time despite there not being many people. The treatment was not adequate, it seems that they do not want to sell or serve or that it already annoyed them.I told myself not to go back there. But about a week ago.. I went since I have left from work...It was worse than the first time, there was only one customer waiting sitting on the bench and in full sun. I went in and there was no one to take my order, there was no one at the till either, only the cooks looked at each other.Until a female person came out, but she didn't even ask me anything, then she left me scared, until I asked her if she could take my order, and she reluctantly did, I asked her what was left and she yelled at me that everything was in the wall and for me to choose... and when asking about prices and which one was very rude... In the end, I ended up ordering a package, a kilo of breaded chicken fillet... he just wrote it down on a piece of paper and did not charge me... and she kept me waiting.. then she got confused, they delivered an order to a person who was not.. it belonged to the person she was waiting for.. so they told me after a while waiting that there was no more, that there was only one left half a kilo.. I said, give me half... And they left me waiting... Then they told me that they were not going to be able to get the medium because it belonged to the person who was waiting and that this person's order had been delivered to other.It bothered me a lot, because of the attention I received, because of the lousy organization, because they don't handle their orders well... when I complained to him, he told me that anyone has made a mistake, very arrogantly he answered... not an apology from you, nor did he offer any alternative .. or anything.I give it one star and only because I can't give it less.
