It's a shame that every time I go the service gets from bad to worse. The first time I went I had an excellent experience, but as I visited the place, the service deteriorated. Last night, November 18, I went again and the service was absolutely terrible. They take a long time to serve you until they serve you. Coffee is very slow, they take your order, they take an exaggerated time to serve you so that in the end they lose the order and ask you again what you ordered and to top it all off they serve you cold food that we had to request to be heated. This experience not only happened to my family and me, but even the table next to us also lifted their order for the 2nd time after a long time after arriving and requesting the service. There are several people who serve and they are just fussing, the one in the preparation area is only looking at her cell phone, instead of taking the orders and preparing the coffees and other drinks. Anyway, I DIDN'T LIKE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED TO MY FAMILY AND I, WHAT A SHAME ABOUT THE PLACE BECAUSE THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.
La comida está riquísima. Lastima del mesero que se mostró muy distraído, perdió la orden de nuestro pedido y, después de un largo rato, tuvo que pasar de nuevo a preguntarnos lo que habíamos ordenado. Cada vez, los cafés, te los dan en tazas más pequeñas. Tardan mucho en servir lo que pediste. Los frapés, las tortas, bagets y hot cakes están muy sabrosos.
