AWFUL SERVICE!!! I recently visited the Fiesta inn and took advantage of their in-house enterprise car rental service. Upon renting the car we were charged 4000MXN as a damage deposit, we were told it would be immediately returned once we had returned the vehicle with no damage. We did exactly this however enterprise have still not refunded our deposit. We rented the vehicle nearly a month ago and have sent countless emails to enterprise and to the Fiesta Inn Hotel, we haven’t yet had a single reply!

Upon check in, is when the trouble started. We received our access cards. bd attempted to use the elevator. 4 attempts no success. We returned to the front desk to seek assistance. There we’re 2 staff members present. I suspected the access cards were not properly programmed. while stood there in front of the same lady that checked us in for a few minutes as second front desk employee offered assistance. She attempted the elevator for about 15 minutes. Finally she agreed to reprogram the access cards. We returned to the Front Desk. That is when I noticed why the young lady, who originally checked us in and should have assisted us but was too busy. She was preoccupied with her personal cell phone watching videos and giggling away! She did even acknowledge her mistake not make an apology for wasting our time. The other staff was kind and helpful. The pool is in need of cleaning. The wooden decking around the pool is hazardous with loose boards, so watch your footing and wear shoes. The hotel is definitely in need of attention, mostly painting and deck renovations. It’s close to all the downtown amenities and the malecon,

The Fiesta Inn is a lovely hotel with good facilities and with friendly staff. It is possible to walk to some other restaurants eithin the local area and by the waterfront but the hotel restaurant also served lovely food

Perfect location, close to ferry, shops, & restaurants. Excellent customer service. Very clean. A bonus that was u n expected was room service. The Caesar salad was superb. Wifi was accessible throughout the property which was a big plus as I had unexpected work duties.

We stayed at the Fiesta Inn in transit to Belize. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable and our stay there lived up to expectations. The fajitas and empanadas we had for dinner were delicious!!

Don’t take room 327, it is next to the staff lounge. It should have a revolving door! It needed oiling desperately and squeezed opening and closing in addition to the slam, we could not sleep. The young bartender puts 1/2 sparkling water in the margaritas….that’s not a margarita! Food was good.

We would definitely return to Fiesta Inn anytime!! My family and I were properly taken care of with all smiles from each worker all the time no matter what we requested!!! They were prompt, courteous and most of all friendly! We will return in a heartbeat! I especially loved the bar and pool with a amazing view ??

Hotel was in a very good central location. We felt safe walking at night and able to readily get taxis. Additional hooks, waste baskets, shelving in bathroom needed. Working ice machines, microwave and mini fridge would have been great.

We booked this last minute when our plans changed. My husband and I do not speak Spanish. The front desk manager was so helpful and patient. We loved almost everything! The room was spotless. The only issue was a musty smell. But it wasn't too bad. Pool service was a great added bonus. They treated us like royalty. Great towel, HOT water showers with good pressure and COLD air.

Lovely staff, very clean and room service is outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone looking for nothing but great stay for families. Staff are all over the place to assist and no matter who you ask for help, they’ll do it without hesitation.
