Never expected to have real American BBQ sandwiches in Chetumal. Such a cool concept and the food park feels so inviting with a great ambiance. I’ve travelled to many parts of Mexico and have not seen a place like this before. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a taste of real American BBQ. Loved the large selection of sandwiches. Try the brisket! It was my favorite. Mac and cheese reminded me of home. For the portion size, you are getting a great value!

This place is located in a really cute outdoor dining park called Boule Park which feels like a food truck park back in the states. They have cute lights and flags strung up. It’s a great place to chill out with family friends or a date. Each stand has its own unique offerings from pasta, pizza, hamburgers, Al pastor, traditional tacos, American style bbq and there’s is even a drink stand at the front that makes the best margaritas in town.Gordini’s BBQ is by far the best stand in this park. The smoke brisket was out of this world!! It’s a sandwich served on chiabata bread. The brisket flavor is deep. The sandwich is mildly sauced the way I prefer it. The potato salad side is spot on and very clean tasting. This place is a American food done right and such a gem when you’re craving a piece of home while traveling.We are there two nights in a row and will definitely be back next time we’re in town!
