There were some problems with my order, however they were willing to solve them, which is greatly appreciated and shows great intention to improve and grow.They took longer than indicated and I do think that it would be much better in their attention if they indicated that they are overloaded or working with significant delays, delays are normal but they should be expressed so that the client knows what they are dealing with.“
