Very good presentation and seasoning in their dishes, in addition to being well served (abundant), affordable prices.

The service is slow, it's very hot, but the food is well worth it.

Very good service, taking orders and drinks arrived in good time....from there...40 minutes for the food to arrive at the table. They need more organization in the kitchen...during the time we were there, 2 more tables canceled due to so much waiting time. If we weren't traveling with children, we would have done the same, but we no longer had time to look for another place.

The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside and it's on the very busy Avenue Insurgentes BUT once inside it is a different world. Cool and shaded under palapas, the street noise melts away. We were here for lunch during the week and it was reasonably busy- neither deserted nor packed. We started with fried cheese: hot, salty, rich, and delicious. My husband had bocoles, small round fried corn cakes, cut open and stuffed. You can choose white or black masa (he got black which mixes black beans in the masa). He got the mixto stuffings, which included egg and chorizo, cheese, chicharron, ground beef, and meat in green sauce. Really tasty and fun if you can't decide on ONE thing.I got the enchiladas in pumpkinseed sauce (the mildest) and a breaded fried pork steak. The enchiladas are folded and covered in sauce, not stuffed like tex-mex enchiladas; very tasty complex sauce worthy of the attention. The pork was very dry and not my favorite part of the meal. Will definitely visit again. Service was quickly, friendly, and courteous despite us having no Spanish and he having no English.
Parking: Street parking, so you might have to walk a bit.
