The truth is the first place of this style in Chetumal and it is very well thought out. I would improve the dessert menu since they don't have it and I would add good coffee but everything they have is very rich, nutritious and they cater for all tastes
The food in taste and portions is very good, nice atmosphere and friendly service, although it would be nice to have another waitress, many times when the place is full, the only waitress is overwhelmed by the load.
The attention was bad, we arrived and we were waiting for 10 minutes until they brought the menu, the one who served us seemed to be in bad shape and was not kind when serving us, we ordered some chicken chilaquiles and a popeye omelette, the tortilla chips were already somewhat watery, the omelet was ok. It would improve the attention, it was terrible.
