We arrived, and despite the place not being full of customers on Saturday, two waiters passed by our table, and although they saw us ask for service, they did not serve us until 20 minutes later, very unfriendly and cordial on top of everything.We made our order (boneles, potatoes that reached the end and a lemonade), which the lemonade was good, good flavor, everything good, it was the same waiter who served in everyone's glasses; but the boneles arrived around 40 minutes later, that is, despite not having an excessive capacity, on Saturday it took that amount of time for 2 boneles with only 2 sauces.We ate, and a while later my companions commented that they did not like the BBQ flavor, I tried it and to my surprise they gave us pilpil. It turns out that I spoke to the waiter leaving 5 bonels out of 10, just to make the observation, and very rudely without hesitation he said "no BBQ sound", obviously I recognized the flavors and textures of each one, the very rude waiter did not want to pay attention to the claim and simply left. We asked for the bill and of course, everything had to be paid.I mean, nothing happens, a kitchen mistake is easily solved, it's changed and that's it, but from now on to a service this unpleasant, slow, and impolite, it's very easy to decide not to set foot in the place again. I'm already imagining why we went from a full business on weekends to only having 5 tables with diners. They should train their service employees better.
