They only cook on Fridays but it’s worth the wait! The owner of the business is from Corozal and she’s up in her 80s. Delicious authentic rice & beans plate. I’ve also had their meat pie, lemon pie and coconut pie. You can order in advance by WhatsApp and stop by to pick it up or ask for home delivery and pay around $30 pesos extra. I bought 6 pies and paid $90 pesos ?
