The best shrimp ceviche. Ask for it with roasted purple onion... And bring your toper or container, if you don't have it, they give you a disposable plate, but it's better to take care of the environment... And I have the impression that they give more with the toper.
The taste of the liquid called "chirimico" (combination of sauces, lemon, salt, and chili) is not bad, only the attention of the staff is somewhat frivolous, they should be more friendly, they almost tell you to squeeze the lemons that have already been used by other clients.The redeeming thing is that on one side of the premises there is an establishment that sells beer, the main ingredient of this preparation (chirimico).
