The restaurant is excellent, the food is perfect, but the attention from the wait staff is terrible. They serve you as if it bothers them to serve you, they make gestures when you ask them for something and on top of that they demand a tip, which they should not demand when their attention was TERRIBLE and despite that they gossip about the customer when they haven't even left the restaurant and that's what makes them not want to return!

Today we visited the restaurant to celebrate my daughters' graduation, so 6 of us went as a family. They assigned us a table exactly where the air conditioning directly hits. The bad treatment began when the waiter approached, offered us something to drink while we ordered, but we decided that it should be along with the food, which the waiter did not like because he made his face and left us almost 15 minutes until I looked for him so we could order, the pasta and pizza dishes took a long time to come out, meanwhile I asked the waiter if they could move the air vents up and he flatly said no, I asked him to change tables and he didn't allow us either, after a while the The cold was unbearable and I asked the lady at the cashier if she could help us with the change even if it was to a smaller table, but her response was that she had to see if there were tables available, I told her that there were, that I just saw them, that That's why I asked her, since we were not enjoying our stay and food because of the excessive cold, she did not even deign to check anything, and in an annoying and unpleasant tone she left me without attention.

When the table next to us was free, I told the waiter that we wanted to move to that table and his immediate response was the most absurd and ridiculous: "It's reserved"; It was then that I told him that it wasn't true and that I wasn't asking him, that I was telling him that we were going to change tables, which we did and they didn't even give us the dishes, we had to do it ourselves.

Later another family arrived and we observed that they had the same problem as us regarding the issue of the cold on the table.

My questions are: Don't we as customers have the right to be comfortable and treated with respect for the service we pay for? What wasn't 2 pesos was $1,200. Why do they have to wait for you to get upset and assert your request firmly? Where is the difference in service compared to other restaurants? Why be blasé with the client who chooses them?
