Time of visit: first half of March 2024.After visiting the archaeological site of Koba, we came here to the shore of Lake Koba, for lunch. We were expecting a real Yucatan lunch and we certainly got that. The offer was a buffet, with several different dishes and everything we tried was very tasty. In addition to the outstanding dishes, we also had fresh, homemade tortillas that went with the meal. The service was fast and friendly, the toilets were clean, and the view of the lake was beautiful.Recommended restaurant!

We arrived quite early around 11/11:30 a.m. after visiting Tulum. We were quiet with a beautiful view. Welcoming and smiling family. Nice buffet.

Superb day in Coba with the locals. A great visit to make during your stay in Playa or Cancun. We were lucky enough to be able to be as close as possible to the locals who handcraft their 'taco' pancakes, artisanal jewelry with the blessing of a shaman to purify your body and mind. I recommend this visit.

Small buffet with typical Mexican food. The food was very good.
Buffet restaurant, which is used by the travel providers as a refreshment station. The food was fine, there was something for every taste. Also pasta. The prices are probably within the usual range for such tourist resorts. Food was already included on the tour we booked. 1 can of Coca-Cola for 40 pesos or 1 Corona beer for 50 pesos is ok. But you can't be too picky about hygiene. The inventory is no longer new and the chair or table can sometimes wobble. The outside terrace could be used for a western ?.
All the food was spicy, it lacked variety.

... a small typical Mexican country restaurant. We came from a bus tour and had lunch there. The prices for the food are ok also for the drinks. For an extra 100 pesos there was also a delicious Mezcal Anejo. The food tasted very good and it was served as a buffet so that everyone could have whatever they wanted. The cleanliness of the toilet facilities was also pleasant. In any case, this little lunch break was fine in the restaurant. And if you're still looking for a bit of thrill and have a great telephoto lens at hand, go down to the lagoon and look for the Mexican crocodiles... if there's one nearby, nimble feet help... I liked it there.

Delicious authentic food! Chicken wrapped in banana leaves is sooooooo tender. Habanero salsa is actually hot! Super friendly staff. Well worth the time and money.

There is a variety of mexican specialities, chicken, pork and beef with basmati rice, hot and plain sauces you can add to the main courses. There are also vegatables and a very good italian (and vegetarian) speciality called "insalata russa" which has boiled vegetables (then put in the fridge) with mayonaise.
Great food and service. Terrific local place with a beautiful view of the lagoon.
Went for the buffet. The selections were limited, but what they had was good. The lemonade was very good. The waiters were attentive.
Wonderful experience of local cuisine. It was part of our excursion trek sonwe stopped for lunch. Bring pesos/cash for drinks.
