A lovely beachside location for a restaurant but massively overpriced — we paid 250 USD for two decidedly mediocre pizzas, four bowls of pasta, a tiny salad and a round of drinks (2 soft). Plus a 15% service charge was automatically added. The food was average at best, as was the service, so even allowing for some beachside inflation, the size of the bill means you end up leaving here with a nasty taste in your mouth.

They have good pizza and drink options as well as a spectacular view of the beach and the sunset is beautiful from their lounge chairs. The service is average but they encourage you to tip 15% to 20%.
The drinks are good and they have 2x1 of 5-7 but both drinks have to be the same (that is not on the menu and they don't mention it to you until they bring you the drinks)

DON’T GO!

Cocktails are watered down & the Paloma was awful. Food not at all worth the price. Service = waaay below standards. Worst thing: they just add 15% tip to the total bill and make it seem as the regular price. I told them I would add 10% even though they didn’t even deserve this. The waiter responded extremely unfriendly and told me 2 times I had to pay 15% ‘for the table position’.

The girl that took the reservation was very friendly. The view is great. But good things worth mentioning stop there. This is not how you should be running a restaurant.

I am khalid, Mispelled by yourself in your reservation book as kalit, for AUG 1st. I was the first reservation for that day, based on your reservation notebook.

I arrived 5 minutes early to my reservation, for a very specific table, for 715. Only to find that your staff had just seated a newly arrived couple on the table that i had specifically reserved with you PERSONALLY. keeping in mind that the restaurant was COMPLELTY EMPTY, with your staff trying to entrap the walking by tourist to your not so special restaurant.

the reason i write this comment is because you mentioned during the reservation that "reservations is the best way to get your table, and we will give you 50 minutes to show up before we give up your reservation" - clearly not

since your precious reservation notebook was nowhere to be found, and your hostess did nothing to fix the mistake she made. I highly advise you not to act professional when you are a typical tourist trap.

I read through the reviews of this place and honestly walked into here thinking we would get the same experience. On the contrary we had a really great time and the food and drink were lovely. We split the ravioli and lobster tail. The staff was kind enough to allow us to sit at the end of the their little pier for the whole sunset since we were the first ones to have arrived. Other than the noisy music down the beach, the atmosphere here was really great. Service was great.

I believe some people may get bad experiences but we were lucky to have a good one.

No wonder why the restaurant has such a low rating. The service is terrible. We had made a reservation for a specific table for a special occasion with Stefano (the manager). Yet when we arrived it was taken with no alternative offered by the staff (manager not present). Gentle reminder to not judge a book by its cover. The pier is beautifully decorated but unfortunately gives tourist trap vibes

The food is good, the lobster was a little burnt, the pizza delicious, the music is good, the bad thing is that they want to force you to give 15% of the service and that really ruins the experience.
That's why I wouldn't return to the place.

Wow, this place is so lovely! We ate breakfast here multiple times it was so good. We got the continental breakfast and tried almost everything else on the breakfast menu! We also came for dinner, got the portobello burger, which was SO delicious, and their fries were also out of this world (unexpectedly so!). Also, the staff was incredible! Areli, the manager, was so considerate and warm, Jaime made sure we all of our food was just to our liking (it was!), and Adrian made sure we had everything we needed. Such great service from these three and the rest of the staff! Thank you all.

Great quality, lovely presentation….17 happy people!!
We had a birthday celebration here a few days ago and all any of us can say is “WOW!”
We had a 7 course menu and each dish that arrived was knocked out of the park! Mayan flavors blended with Mexican….the shrimp with tart apples and cucumber, the rib-eye perfectly cooked to order for 17 people. Everything that should be cold, delivered cold. Everything that should be hot, delivered hot. Chef Roy was incredible in every way. Seriously, one of the best culinary experiences ever. Who would have thought that a beachfront restaurant on a small sandbar in Mexico could rival dinners enjoyed in major world cities. Bravo Chef Roy!!

We came here for the view to enjoy a beer and a Peruvian ceviche as a snack. It's very big, you can sit or spread out on the lounge chairs. The Peruvian ceviche is spectacular, I recommend it!

Good place to enjoy the sunset, the service is very good, ask Raúl to serve you, enjoy the sunset and take advantage of the cocktail happy hour, the food is also good
