Food takes too long, waiters provide bad service and rather get you out than having a decent delivery time for your order

The place is average. The prices are high for the type of food they offer. The attention is regular. The waiter mixed up the orders and they charged us for an extra dish that we did not order. Additionally, the dishes offer ingredients that are not there at the time of delivery.

The best restaurant we went to during our vacation at holbox. The drinks and food were amazing , our favorite was the Chaya omelet in the morning. The atmosphere was also beautiful and colorful. We had amazing service , Pol really made our trip special. He was so kind and shared amazing stories from his life in Holbox. Do not miss out on coming to Casa alebrije!

Situated in the heart of Holbox , this beautiful gem is hidden in plain sight. Extensive menu, with lots of fresh seafood options, we tried the lobster quesadilla, which was absolutely delicious and Al Pastor tacos. Paul, our server was very hospitable and I would definitely recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Trap tourists. Very expensive for very average and unsophisticated food. Beautiful room that makes you want to go and then in the end we move you for a “fire show” in the back room, where the atmosphere is not the same. Smell of mud, gasoline from passing cars. Long service. I barely touched my dish, too much cheese all over a lobster burrito... with little, very little lobster.
The fire show: no comment.
And finally the bill = 100€ for 3 dishes, 3 orange juices, 1 margarita and 1 coke. At this price, in France, we enjoy ourselves, well not here and what's more we feel robbed. Mexicans tend to take everyone for gringos. Go get your meal elsewhere.

The restaurant is very colorful and beautifully designed... We immediately felt at home.
The drinks, freshly made fruit juice cocktails, were very refreshing. Maybe a little too sweet...
We ate a fruit platter and shrimp tacos. The portions were very large and super tasty.
All in all very good ?

Very colourful interior, friendly people. Fajita was quite Ok. However the pizza we ordered was a pizza from the freezer. Would thus recommend to not order pizza here.
