The food is very good, the service is excellent but at the time of billing it is terrible. I have been there for several days and they do not answer me via email and their phones do not work.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Price/performance ratio is completely fine, we paid 1200 pesos for 3 cocktails and 2 meals. The fish and pizza were very good. Payment by card possible. You can converse in English.

Been here twice- the service is always super friendly & food delicious! Portions are small to medium sized and a little pricier than others but standard is good and location is fabulous.Our second waiter is better than our first- rafael is amazing - we hung out all day and he kept the drinks coming.Tuna tostada is amazing Baja taco is ok- salads are good and the guac is also very tasty! The spicy sauce is a 10/10.

So disappointing! We stayed at the hotel for a week and were chronically disappointed by the food offerings.Night 1: My partner had the lobster pizza. Lobster was rubbery and fishy. Crust was meh at best. Poor quality cheese. Not worth the price at all. He was completely finished by the time my meal came out. I ordered fettuccine and shrimp. What I got was undercooked spaghetti in a tasteless cream sauce. I sent it back. It was replaced by another shrimp dish that was flambéed with mezcal. All presentation, no substance.We tried to have lunch several times at the beach club but the menu felt too risky given the under cooked pasta from the previous night. Hamburger was grey and quesadillas had the same blah cheese as the pizza.Why is there soup on the beach lunch menu?We had to ask for the grilled cheese from the breakfast menu at lunch.Fruit plate was decent the first 2 times but the third time we ordered they didn’t have the ingredients.Our included American breakfast varied depending on which waiter served us. Yesterday it included this…today it doesn’t.Plenty of staff. Just poorly managed. No quality control.

Terrible customer service. Had bad tasting fish in my ceviche and asked for a club sandwich instead. The waiter said ok. After that the manager came and said it is normally not ok to change dish but he said "ok fort this time". When asking for the bill the ceviche AND the club where on the bill. When asking I got the answer that's there was nothing wrong with the fish and that I had to pay - by the same manager that said ok to change 15 minutes before!!!!! When I confronted him and asked what happened with the deal he just gave, he just ignored me. Don't eat here - there is so many great places.

The service was absolutely horrible. It took us two hours to get our food and we had to return our pizza because the dough was still raw. The service was exceptionally slow, we had to get our order taken twice, it took an hour to get our drinks out and my drink was just a bottled water. The food was overpriced and there was absolutely no flavor in any of the dishes. This is the number one place on the island that I would not recommend going to.

Little Chill Spot. Quick Service. Decent beach Views. Lots of Drink options but tons of fake syrups and Artificial Sweeteners etc etc. come for the vibes. Maybe just some beers. If you’re staying here at Marriott Property Seats are free Tee-Pees free with bottle service
