I stayed here for three nights with my girlfriend and we had breakfast each morning and drinks in the evening. Berto, Angel and the rest of the staff were brilliant throughout always looking after us with everything we needed.

A great location with reasonable pricing. They also accept credit cards without up charging when all other places have service charge. We only reserved lounge chairs and drinks. The service was awesome and right up to the white sand beach with crystal clear water. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Playa Norte in Isla Mujeres and will return in the future.

Fabulous place to eat and enjoy the amazing views in the morning or for sunset. The food is perfect and the service is excellent. My partner and I had breakfast there every morning. She loves her lattes. They made it just how she loves it. We arrived late on our first night in town and were hungry. They were the only restaurant open. They took such great care of us. Anyone looking for a great meal, drinks and a pleasant vibe should check them out.

We were 9 people for dinner on Feb 9th at around 9pm. We stayed at the next door hotel The place looks very nice, is nicely decorated and is beachfront. It has indoor and outdoor seating. Food is good and pricey. But my goodness, the service was such a mess. It ruined the whole night, with one of us storming out without eating because of the mismanagement, and another receiving the wrong meal. instead of getting one single servers, many people took orders which caused lots of mismanagement. To begin with. Although we were next to the terrace with a huge door, open in full, the server did not allow one of us to bring a small Yorkshire to her lap, although place is supposedly pet friendly. Then I ordered a glass of wine and came 1/6 full. Instead of just pouring more and keep me happy, the server discussed with me the "normal" service size, as if I don't travel the world and stay at top restaurants. I just returned the drink. After lots of time waiting for the food, my niece's risotto came with calamari, although she specifically mentioned she is allergic to calamari. An arrogant female server from Argentina discussed with us, saying that we said "no shrimp" instead of "no calamari" (as if the words were similar). One of us couldn't take the disrespect any more and left the restaurant without touching his beef (but was charged!). But to make matters even worse, after 20 more minutes, the risotto came again with calamari. Incredible!. We finally had to return the risotto and my niece had no meal. A total disaster! I asked to talk to the owner, but he was not available. I asked then to talk to the "supervisor", but one of the servers came. Obviously he had no supervisory skills because instead of just listening to us and apologize, he only gave excuse after excuse without acknowledging anything. To make matters worse, the argentine server was talking bad to us behind our back, saying that she knew better than all of us because she had lots of experience in service. I wonder why she did not show it! It is really amazing that such a nice restaurant had so many incompetent servers that only make you feel bad. We do not pay to receive such a mistreatment. What part of "restaurant 101 - client is always right" does these servers don't understand? It is obvious that without supervision, these servers do whatever they want. No wonder the place was EMPTY except for 2 tables. I sincerely wish the owner read the review and do something about it. Only one female server was outstanding. She kept apologizing and trying her best to provide normalcy. But because servers share tips, we decided not to give any tip because nobody other than her deserved it. We will find her and give it just to her. A night from hell. AVOID! PD; at breakfast the service is also poor. Once we ordered food or coffee at 11:05 and we were refused because the breakfast ended at 11am. The server said "I mentioned this to you yesterday" (lecturing us as if our main vacation focus was times)

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Each and everyone of the staff were super friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned at least once daily and the cleaners left a little treat in your room every day. The waiters were amazing and made sure we were never without a top up of coffee or juice. Each morning we each ordered a different breakfast off the menu as there were so many choices and each dish was as delicious as the last. We also ate at night and can honestly they served the best food and cocktails on Holbox. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful with anything we enquired about and we could get a free lift to the beach club which also serves really nice cocktails although we didn’t eat there. When we next come back to visit Holbox we will not hesitate to stay at Hotel Siesta. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing week.

Love this place. The staff, food and atmosphere are all wonderful. We stayed nearby and had dinner here 3 times during our visit. We were greeted by name our second time there and were treated so warmly. Don’t miss the tuna sashimi or the catch of the day.

We were staying at the hotel next door, but their restaurant only opens for lunch/dinner. We walked over to this place after hearing nothing but good things about it. We were promptly seated and ordered coffee and some fresh fruit juices. The view is spectacular right next to the beach. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! Would definitely try this place out, you won't regret it!
