In our 2 different evening visits we tried the chicken salad (big enough for 2), their hamburger and the Gobernador shrimp taco plate. All were excellent. Mojitos were good, too.
Their large band was excellent (nightly starting about 9). They played Latin ballads, salsa, cumbia & merengue tunes. Like another nearby bar, there wasn't much dancing, but it might have been early when we were there. However, this place has a lot of seating, including an upstairs balcony.

I just called in for a beer on my way home. I ordered a Corona for 50 pesos, which is a pretty standard for Holbox. When I got the bill, they charged me a 40 PERCENT service fee for one beer. I was in there for 20 minutes.... rubbish tourist scamming bar.

The service also has to ask which dish was ordered. It doesn't work at all!The taste of the food was mediocre.The women's restroom was one of the smallest and lacked functionality and materials.Unfortunately, no recommendation to stay here.
Correct food at a correct price, quite unusual in Holbox. They have live music every day and there is always a good atmosphere. Good option in the center to have a drink.

Fun place to enjoy live music. Lots of people dancing and enjoying the large band that seems to be there most nights. The music was definitely too loud for us to talk. The food was fine, just not special. It had more of a city bar feel than a Holbox vibe. More fun than chill!
