I've been vegetarian for over a decade, travel a lot for work and this is hands down one of the best places I've been. I was blown away by the amazing breakfast I had here. So much so, I took friends back and it became my go-to spot during the week-long stay in Holbox. So many veggies on one plate! I'm talking broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, beets, potato, carrot, jicama, tomato and lettuce, plus antipasto sundried tomato, artichoke, zucchini and eggplant ......
Special place, smart guys, attentive service, very fast (everything was ready in 10 minutes even though the place was full) and delicious food with many vegan and savory options. Another pro, they don't "force" you to leave a tip like they do in many places, so leaving it becomes a pleasure!
We did eat here a couple of times. liked the place a lot. Very good quality of food and staff. Good healthy meals, good portions! Would love to go back there. Defenitely worth going! Also good coffee! We did have breakfast and also had lunch over there!
