My boyfriend and I came to Parador 33 earlier this year and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. The service is superb, the team make you feel like you are part of their family and the food is amazing - I still think about the beef cooked inside bread constantly. This place deserves to be shouted about from the rooftops. I have recommended all of my family and friends visiting the island that this is an absolute must visit. We will be back!

We were lucky enough to discover this restaurant that someone recommended to us a few hours before. We tried their beef specialty and it was a real treat! With attentive and very pleasant staff. We highly recommend this restaurant during your stay on Holbox Island. The price is certainly a little high, but the quality of the meat is well worth it.

Best restaurant on the entire island of holbox, pricey but it could be a lot more because of the service and the warm welcoming, Rodriguo is so so so kind and caring and funny, we were hot and he made us wind with a menu before bringing us a fan, made us laugh the entire night, even brought us a margarita pizza for for free (which was delicious), a glass of wine, and a little dessert, on the house too. All night their friendly little dog was roaming around and was super cute, accepted cuddles and obviously food. Try their pepper sauce steak, best 65$us ive ever spent (the steak is the most expensive thing on the menu). Its is cooked with a thick layer of salt.

I went to dinner with my partner and friends and at Parador 33 we found a magical place, starting with the charm of the place and the attention and friendliness of all its collaborators who were very attentive to our needs and recommended the best dishes and drinks. We ate several dishes but without a doubt the ones we liked the most were the lobster rissotto and salt loin steak, simply incredible. Mandatory stop on every visit to the island.
