They had no vegan options per se but you were able to substitute the regular cheese with vegan cheese. The pizza (esp. the dough) was very tasty! Just a bit expensive for Mexican standards.

Nice margarita pizza with vegan cheese substituted. We also got fries and guacamole as sides, service was okay and the food was good. They automatically add a 15% tip to the bill, cash only, we gave cash including a tip and the waitress rounded our bill up even further, it was only a few pesos but still rude.

The pizza is very good… But a very bad quality lobster Most likely it was frozen because the innermost part seemed less cooked than the outermost part...and also not that they brought it whole but only the stem behind. They also added an extra 20-25% to the final bill. If I have to recommend this restaurant I prefer to avoid it because it didn't make a good impression on me. Oh and also the chairs are very uncomfortable!!

We visited this place last July 20 because we had great memories about it since our last visit in 2019. A female/ masculine employee,short hair, was in a bad mood and the paying machine wasn’t working, so my daughter and I had to go to the ATM AND SHE DEMANDED MY 2 sons to stay there waiting just in case we were planning to leave without paying!!! In fact, she didn’t pay me the ATM commission, my 2 kids were eaten with mosquito bites while both were waiting.
The food is excellent, so we decided to go again the next day to order a Nutella pizza, no matter what happened the day before. Don Puppo, the owner, was there with his family, we waited for 15 minutes, the Nutella pizza had a huge hole in the middle, we gave it back and had to wait another 15 minutes to receive a little, tiny, dry Nutella pizza. Terrible service.
I didn’t want to complain but you have to know this. The memories changed, we came back, no longer want to go back to Pizzeria La Pinsa Holbox.
