Amazing food! We ate the shrimp fajitas. The truth is that it is a bit expensive, but it is delicious, it is very pleasant and the service is unbeatable! The waiters were super attentive and friendly. A highly recommended place!!!

I really liked the atmosphere of this place. The floor is made of soft beach sand and the place is very well decorated. We ate some shrimp tacos and a huitlacoche quesadilla that were very very good! The waiters were very friendly. We also ordered some delicious sugar-free lemonades.

The WORST EXPERIENCE in HOLBOX
I started with two mojitos, they didn't add any alcohol, I complained and the waiter's response was, I'll bring you another measure and I'll charge you separately.
We ordered a bottle of white wine because we ordered fish and shrimp (NO SHRIMP) for dinner and they told me there was no white wine. Two minutes later the waiter who was already serving us in a bad way brought white wine to the table next to us, that was the final straw, we got up, paid for what we had consumed so far and left.
Note to the manager/owner of the restaurant: In a restaurant that sells fish you cannot miss white wine, you cannot run out of shrimp. And above all things you cannot have bad customer service.
YOU MUST TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT.
Yesterday they lost a table of 6 people due to the poor service and lack of mischief of the waiters.
As an example I leave you the solutions of the two situations from yesterday on our table.
Case 1: Waiter, the mojito looks like lemon juice, it has no alcohol at all.
Waiter's response: I bring you another measure and charge you separately.
With this response he already entered into conflict with the client.
Correct answer: Don't worry, we add a little more Bacardi.
With this act he already began to earn the tip
Case 2: We order the bottle of wine.
Waiter's response: he tells us there is no white wine.
Correct answer: I do not have the wine you ordered but we have these other options.
IT IS A SHAME THAT A RESTAURANT THAT LIVES FROM TOURISM IN HOLBOX HAS SUCH BAD ATTENTION.

A good restaurant overall. The food is good and well seasoned. The service is okay.
The prices are, however, a little excessive compared to similar restaurants on the island and the big downside concerns the terrace invaded by mosquitoes, which spoiled the meal for us.

I give it 5 stars, its food is very delicious as well as its drinks, the service is impressive as well as the employees here are very cordial and cervical. The day I went it rained but that does not take away from how beautiful the restaurant is, personally I like it. I like the piña colada and so far on my vacation here in Holbox it is the best I have ever tried. The truth is I give it a 10 out of 10. I hope you come to this restaurant since I recommend it and also for the children they have a game ring, they also have a bar where you can sit in a chair or on a swing,
